g_raphite • Treatment and dyeing process for Lanerossi's natural fiber products
How was it born?
With over 200 years of experience in home textiles, Lanerossi was searching for a dyeing treatment that would enhance the performance of its wool, cotton, and linen products while also providing a unique aesthetic finish. How to use “g upgraded recycled graphite” to achieve this? We started from g_pwdr® technology, a treatment and dyeing process for textiles and paper that uses the ingredient in an aqueous suspension. Through meticulous refinement, the result of an extensive research and development process, we succeeded in creating a dyeing method tailored to enhance the natural fibers used by Lanerossi—leading to the birth of the g_raphite collection.

"Alchemy of nature, innovation and design"
g_raphite is an innovative collection of bed linen and living room furniture, a manifesto of a new concept of furnishing by Lanerossi. Beauty, ethics, and cutting-edge technology blend into a single vision where past and future meet in fabrics that narrate, envelope and protect.
“A collection that does not simply dress the house, but it also brings with itself the value of a conscious choice. If graphite was once used to leave traces on surfaces, it now becomes the means to tell a story of re-generation, recycling and innovation in the world of textiles.”
The treatment with Alisea g_pwdr® Technology applied to fabrics by Lanerossi:
· gives unique shades of grey. The lamellar structure of graphite allows unique and bright shades.
· grants extreme softness. It increases fabric’s softness thanks to the lubricant qualities of graphite.
· provides UV rays protection. Graphite’s reflective properties enhance the protection up to a SPF > 50 factor.
· assures electrostatics conductivity. It rapidly disperses charges generated by body movement.
· allows thermoregulation. It makes the heat diffusion more uniform for constant and balanced comfort (warm in winter, cool in summer).
· ensures dermatologically tested safety. It ensures comfort and protection and is gentle on sensitive skins.
· guarantees sustainability. It decreases waste, enhancing scraps value and minimising environmental impact.
· enhances the already high protection against mould and bacteria.
